Stir Fried Cluster Beans

Ingredients
- 1 lb guvar long beans, chopped in half
2-3 potatoes, cubed- 1 tomato chopped fine
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 ½ tsp cumin/coriander powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
RECIPE
- Heat oil in a pan. Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a while on high heat.
- Add guvar and continue stirring.
- Add the tomatoes and keep stirring until they start to soften.
- Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, paprika powder, and cumin/coriander powder.
- Add a quarter cup of hot water and cover the pot. Cook for 20-30 minutes or in an Instant Pot for 10-12 minutes.
- Enjoy hot with roti.
NOTES
Optional:
- Add more water for runny gravy, or less for a thicker result.
