Chicken in butter sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken cut into small cubes
- 1 cup heavy whipping sauce
- 1 ½ small can tomato paste
- 4 tbsp Shan Tandoori Masala
- 6 cashew pieces
- ½ Knorr chicken cube
- 1 tbsp kasoori methi
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt to taste
RECIPE
- Place cashews in a bowl of water for an hour. Grind well to a smooth paste, strain, and set aside. Make sure no kernels are present, or you will taste them in the dish.
- Heat oil and butter in a pot.
- Pour in the tomato paste and cook until the tomato scent is gone. Spend time on this step.
- Add chicken, coat well, and keep stirring.
- Add tandoori masala, Knorr chicken cube, and 1 cup of water.
- Cover and cook on low for 40 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
- Add whipping cream and cashew mixture. Keep stirring.
- Microwave the kasoori methi for 1 minute, then crumble it finely by hand. Add to the pot and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and enjoy with roti or rice.
