Stir Fried Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 potatoes, cut into cubes
- 1 tbs oil
- 1 tomato, chopped fine
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin/coriander powder
- Salt to taste
RECIPE
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and add the cauliflower florets and potatoes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add in the potato. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Add in turmeric, red chili, salt, and cumin/coriander powder. Keep stirring.
- Cover and cook on low until the potatoes are cooked and the cauliflower florets are tender but still slightly crisp.
- Enjoy hot with roti.
NOTES
Optional:
- Add 1/4 tsp lemon juice when the dish is cooked.
- To make the dish juicier, add 2 tomatoes.
- Garnish with cilantro.
